Background

Elizabeth Hampton Gebert graduated from the University of Oklahoma College of Law, where she was the Executive Editor and a published member of the American Indian Law Review. While in law school, Elizabeth received several honors and awards including the Salem Civil Liberties Legal Writing Award, an American Jurisprudence Award in Advanced Persuasive Writing, and membership into the Order of Barristers trial advocacy honor society. Elizabeth also competed on a national level with a number of the University of Oklahoma College of Law’s high-ranking moot court appellate advocacy competition teams. At the 2021 ABA National Appellate Advocacy Moot Court Competition, Elizabeth was named a top ten speaker and received an award for second-best appellate brief.

 

Elizabeth is a cum laude graduate of the University of Texas, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in Government and a minor in Statistics and Data Sciences.
