A FINRA arbitration panel unanimously held that Fidelity Brokerage Services, LLC defamed a former advisor in making false statements on his U5 following his voluntary resignation from Fidelity. The broker was represented at arbitration by Cody Towns and Jeremy Kustoff of Towns Law Firm, PC.
