Jury Rejects $4 Million Claims Against Clients in Conspiracy and Trade Secrets Trial

A jury in Dallas County issued a verdict Wednesday in a highly contentious case brought by Brinson Benefits, Inc. against Holmes Murphy & Associates, alleging a conspiracy to steal trade secret and customer information for the purpose of interfering with business contracts with health benefit clients.
