A trial in Dallas resulted in a verdict in favor of Defendants on claims arising from a failed partnership dispute that originated from an outline on a napkin. Judge Issues Defense Judgment in Favor of Client on the Day Before Jury Trial Begins

A Dallas Judge ruled on the day before jury trial was to begin that the claims brought against Defendants Hydrocarbon Separation and its president related to a dispute over the asset purchase of intellectual property were not supported by law or facts sufficient to go forward to trial.  Cody Towns was lead trial counsel for Defendants in the case.
