Judge Issues Defense Judgment in Favor of Client on the Day Before Jury Trial Begins

A Dallas Judge ruled on the day before jury trial was to begin that the claims brought against Defendants Hydrocarbon Separation and its president related to a dispute over the asset purchase of intellectual property were not supported by law or facts sufficient to go forward to trial.
